Din varukorg är tom, men det behöver den inte vara.
Air-kit :
Låt din motor andas och spar in på att byta vevhusfilter vid varje service och få en jämnare gång på din motor.
Med detta "Air-kit " flyttar du utloppet för vevhusventillationen till ventilkåpan.
Denna uppgradering finns på nyare versioner av 31-41 motorn tex "P" motorn som står för "plessure" som har bla bättre prestanda.
Verkstad :
För att göra denna uppgradering hos en reparations verkstad krävs att man byter en utav ventillyftar kåporna som vevhusfiltret sitter på.
Denna kåpa sitter under intercoolern så demontering av intercooler och en ny kåpa utan anslutning måste monteras inklusive pinbultar och skruvar.
En kostnad som tar ca 2-3 timmar att utföra + material hos en verkstad.
Gör det själv :
Vi på Sweden parts har tagit fram en enklare version av uppgraderingen som du monterar enkelt själv på några minuter.
Istället för att demontera intercooler mm så används en special tillverkad plugg för att underlätta arbetet.
Gör så här :
Skruva bort vevhusfiltret (876069) och plugga hålet med våran specialtillverkade plugg.
Byt ut 1:ans 2:ans eller 3:ans ventilkåpa mot den nya uppgraderade ventilkåpan med oljefälla.
Montera slangen och led ner den efter sidan på motorn.
Motorproblem :
Motorn har problem med att vevhusfiltret sätts igen (läcker olja runt filtret) eller släpper igenom oljedimma som sedan fastnar och sätter igen luftfiltret (svarta filter) och även intercoolern om man har otur.
(Motorn blir orkeslös och kan svartröka kraftigt då den inte får luft som den ska)
Den nya ventilkåpan har en oljefälla som gör att oljedimman stannar kvar i motorn och ut ur anslutningen på ventilkåpan kommer enbart vevhusluft
Insatsen i ventilkåpan är helt underhållsfri och behöver aldrig bytas ut .
Nya ventilkåpan är av aluminium och behöver målas.
Air kit :

With this "Air-kit" you move the crankcase ventilation outlet to the valve cover.
This upgrade is available on newer versions of the 31-41 engine, eg the "P" engine which stands for "plessure" which has, among other things, better performance.
Workshop :
In order to do this upgrade at a repair shop, it is necessary to change one of the valve lifter covers on which the crankcase filter sits.
This cover sits under the intercooler so disassembly of the intercooler and a new cover without connection must be fitted including studs and screws.
A cost that takes about 2-3 hours to perform + materials at a workshop.
Do it yourself :
We at Sweden parts have developed a simpler version of the upgrade that you can easily assemble yourself in a few minutes.
Instead of dismantling the intercooler etc., a specially made plug is used to facilitate the work.
Do this :
Unscrew the crankcase filter (876069) and plug the hole with our specially made plug.
Replace the 1st 2nd or 3rd valve cover with the new upgraded valve cover with oil trap.
Mount the hose and route it down the side of the engine.
Engine problems :
The engine has problems with the crankcase filter clogging (leaking oil around the filter) or letting oil mist through which then sticks and clogs the air filter (black filters) and also the intercooler if you are unlucky.
(The engine becomes sluggish and can emit heavy black smoke as it does not get air as it should)
The new valve cover has an oil trap which means that the oil mist remains in the engine and only crankcase air comes out of the connection on the valve cover
The insert in the valve cover is completely maintenance-free and never needs to be replaced.
The new valve cover is made of aluminum and needs to be painted.
